  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder.
  6. It's 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder.
  7. It's 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 1-1/4 teaspoon of cocoa powder (chocolate).
  9. It's 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. It's 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  11. It's 28 ounces of tomato puree.
  12. It's 1/4 cup of parsley chopped.

The filling for the casserole is made with cooked diced chicken, sour cream, and condensed soup. A combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses are added before it's baked. Everyone loves this crunchy and flavorful Dorito casserole. It's layered with lots of meat, cheese and (of course!) nacho cheese flavored Doritos!

  1. Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown the beef and add parsley, turmeric, salt, white pepper powder, and garlic..
  3. Chop and add onions stir in and simmer till the onions are turned opaque.
  4. Add the tomato puree. Add sugar stir well.simmer and let thicken..
  5. While thats happening, crush the Doritos and place half the bag into a 10 inch oven safe dish..
  6. Add the chili on top of the Doritos.
  7. Add the rest of the Doritos on top then the cheese and chocolate powder.
  8. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes, serve hope you enjoy as much as we did!.
